Further police told that In one of the most challenging and complex operation spread over several states of the country, a team of Special Cell, led by Insp. Sunil Rajain, Insp. Ravinder Joshi, Insp. Vinay Pal and Insp Arvind under the immediate supervision of Sh. Lalit Mohan Negi and Sh. Hridaya Bhushan, ACsP/NDR and under the overall supervision of Sh. Pramod Singh Kushwah, DCP/NDR, has arrested the main sharpshooters who committed the sensational murder of Sidhu Moosewala in broad daylight. The shooter Priyavrat @ Fauji was the one who coordinated and executed the entire operation under instruction and direct contact with Goldy Brar.

Keshav Kumar s/o Late Sh. Lal Chand r/o H. No. 11385, Gali No. 1, Awa Basti, Bhatinda, Punjab, Age 29 yrs.
Facilitator, conducted multiple recces with actual shooters.
Received the shooters in an Alto car just after the shootout.
Accompanied the shooters till Mansa on the day of incident, during reconnaissance and previous attempts. Previously arrested in a murder case of Bathinda, Punjab in 2020; suspected to be involved in other cases of extortion in Punjab.

DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION
Special Cell has been on lookout for criminals and anti-nationals who are eyeing Delhi. From the interrogation of criminals arrested by Special Cell and from secret sources, it came into knowledge that a suspected alliance comprising of Lawrence Bishnoi Group- Goldy Brar Group- Kala Jatheri Group- Gogi Group had been formed and is involved in different offences in different states including Delhi. In view of the same in the year 2021, Special Cell had registered a case of MCOCA against Lawrence Bishnoi- Kala Jathedi. Further police clarifies that During the investigation of this case, following persons have earlier been arrested:

Special Cell continued working on breaking the backbone of this nexus. A long drawn, complex operation was launched, wherein bulk data related to the gang members of this nexus was analyzed and their associates/sympathizers were kept under close surveillance through all possible means.
On 29.04.22, this group committed the murder of Sidhu Moosewala and also claimed the same on different social media intermediary platforms. It also came to knowledge that the attackers has used assault rifle of AK series and are also in possession of even more sophisticated weapons including grenade launcher.
The arrest of Priyavrat, Kashish and Keshav in this MCOCA case is in continuation of the persistent efforts of Special Cell against the group of Lawrence Bishnoi-Kala Jathedi.
During Operation development of all the inputs generated through different means, multiple teams were dispatched to Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Uttrakhand and other states to collect specific information. On 19.06.2022, source information was developed, and it came to knowledge that some shooters are hiding at Mundra, Kutch, Gujarat. The team was deployed, and all the three accused persons were arrested in a swift and a brisk operation. according to police Further interrogation is underway.
