Economic Offences Wing, Delhi Police has arrested four accused 1. Ram Anmol Thakur S/o Ram Kripal Thakur , 2. Arshad S/o Yamin, 3) Gulbhar Ali S/o Naseem Ahmed & 4. one woman named Sharuti all residing Bhagwan Nagar, Kilokri, Ashram, New Delhi in case FIR NO. 178/22 dated 15.12.22 U/S 420/406/467/468/120B IPC, PS EOW
BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE :-
Present case was registered on the Complaint of Sh. Dharmendra Kumar who alleged that he contacted the FIZA Placement through advertisement on social media. Complainant was assured for visa of Gulf countries and Central Asia with all arrangement of placement and living. Accused company cheated Rs. 90000 after alluring the complainant and issued forged Visa copy and air ticket of Dubai, which was later cancelled. Complainant found that accused have fled away after vacating the alleged office.
REGISTRATION OF CASE :-
After preliminary enquiry, it was found that accused persons have cheated many people and the case vide FIR NO. 178/22 dated 15.12.22 U/S 420/406/467/468/120B IPC, PS EOW was registered.
TEAM AND ARREST:-
A team was formed consisting of investigating officer Insp Satish Kumar, Insp Jasveer Singh, Insp Rizwan, SI Prabhat, SI Shubhendu, SI Rahul, SI Amit Kumar, W/ASI Santosh, W/ASI Geeta, ASI Vijender, ASI KV Mathai and Ct Rajpal to nab the accused under the supervision of ACP Ghanshyam ACP-Section VII/EOW and overall supervision of Sh Jitendra Kumar Meena, DCP/EOW and Smt. Shalini Singh, Spl.CP/EOW to arrest the accused persons.
INVESTIGATION:-
After registration of the case the investigation was taken up. It revealed that the accused persons are running this business of forged Visa and placement in a syndicate manner and cheated many job seeker in abroad. Immediate action was initiated to trap the accused persons through technical surveillance and location of the accused was fixed. During raids on the possible hide out of the alleged, four accused 1. Ram Anmol Thakur S/o Ram Kripal Thakur , 2. Arshad S/o Yamin, 3. Gulbhar Ali S/o Naseem Ahmed & 4. Sharuti all residing at Bhagwan Nagar, Kilokri, Ashram, New Delhi were arrested on 16.12.22 from Bhagwan Nagar, Kilokri, Ashram, New Delhi and Rs. 2,55,000 cash and a huge quantity of forged visa have been recovered. Accommodation of accused persons found to be rented accommodation.
Recovery:
1. 363 Passport of victims.
2. 59 fake entry visa of Gulf countries.
3. Rs. 2,55,000 hard cash alleged to be collected from victims.
4. 29 dummy stamps of different country ( Jordan, Oman, Iraq, Qater, Armenia, New Zealand, Russia, England etc.) to prepare forged visa.
5. Two Computers and one Laptop used to maintain data of the targets by the accused.
6. Four Cheque books of different bank in the name of alleged Firm and new opened forged consultancy.
7. One pistol along with 5 live cartridges also recovered
Further investigation of the case is in progress.
MESSAGE FOR PUBLIC AWARENESS:-
Be a smart citizen and verify all the details of such consultancy. Always approach direct to the concerned Embassy for Visa and not to got trapped in the clutches of such cheaters. Think twice before making any payment.
