Jalandhar(23/02/2025): Oil and Gas conservation awareness program SAKSHAM “Sanrakshan Kshamata Mahotsav” celebrated today at Jalandhar by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited by organizing Cyclothon from its prestigious outlet M/s Kesar Service Station.
The Cyclothon; bicycle rally consisting of more than 150 cyclists was flagged off by Chief Guest Shri Darbara Singh Randhawa, Additional Chief Administrator, Jalandhar Development Authority from M/s Kesar Service Station at 07:30 AM on February 23th, 2025 who pedaled about 5 KMs to spread awareness among citizens about fuel conservation for health and environment and was culminated at M/s Moon Filling Station.
Speaking on this occasion, Chief Regional Manager HPCL, Shri Banay Singh explained about the theme of SAKSHAM & importance of various events being carried out by Oil Marketing Companies under guidance of Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA) during 14th to 28th February 2025. A pledge on Conservation of Oil and Gas was also administrated to all the participants of the event.
Shri Randhawa asserted that a small effort made by each one of us will lead to a significant contribution to the society. He also exhorted all the participants especially all the students to become brand ambassador to the society to spread this message. All the participants were honored by trophies and medals followed by the refreshment.
